📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and activities.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with the Training and Development team to identify training needs and develop solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the coordination of training events and ensure they run smoothly.,Provide support to the Training and Development Manager in various projects and initiatives.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
