📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and engage with potential customers to promote and sell QRIS Soundbox.
Provide comprehensive information about QRIS Soundbox to help businesses and consumers understand its benefits.
Close sales and negotiate deals with potential customers.
Train and onboard new merchants to ensure they can effectively use the QRIS Soundbox platform.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends in digital payments.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing merchants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital payment solutions and the QRIS ecosystem.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Fluency in Indonesian and English.
