📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Automate and optimize employee benefits processes using Workday and BambooHR
• Conduct UAT testing for HR system implementations
• Support HR teams with benefits administration and system integration
• Analyze and report on benefits data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits delivery
• Stay updated with HR technology trends and best practices
• Provide training and support to HR staff on new benefits systems
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve benefits processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR benefits administration or HR technology
• Familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday, BambooHR, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus
• Certification in HR benefits administration or HR technology is a plus
