📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus
