📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and execute comprehensive market research projects, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Analyze data to identify trends, consumer behavior, and market insights.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of research projects.
Utilize industry-standard tools such as SPSS, NVivo, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Stay updated with the latest market research trends and best practices.
Manage and mentor junior surveyors to ensure high-quality research outputs.
Ensure compliance with ethical research practices and data privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, with a focus on the FMCG sector.
Proven experience in designing and executing market research projects.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SPSS, NVivo, and Excel.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in market research or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
