📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately, including invoicing, receipts, and expenses.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management, including sales, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
• Assist in bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and generating payslips.
• Maintain and update accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.
• Support the finance team in audits and internal controls to ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
