📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and effective debt recovery.
Develop and implement strategic collection plans to maximize recovery rates and minimize losses.
Utilize Salesforce and SAP to track and analyze collection data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in debt recovery, implementing innovative techniques to enhance our processes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of collection strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to debt recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt recovery, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing collection teams and achieving high recovery rates.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and SAP systems, with the ability to leverage these tools for effective data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Certification in debt recovery or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is required.
