📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in managing daily pastry operations.,Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure smooth operation of the pastry department during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in pastry making and dessert preparation.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and equipment.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
