📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in performance management and development,Support organizational development initiatives,Assist in training and development programs,Contribute to HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
