📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
• Coordinate performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
• Assist in the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our brand values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our processes.
• Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with the company’s vision and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
