Bidang Citra Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Medan, Sumatera Utara. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Maintain positive employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee leave and attendance management.,Oversee the company's health and safety policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
