📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management, preferably in a hybrid work environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and financial tools.,Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
