📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Create and develop new recipes and menu items.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize inventory and purchasing to control costs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
