📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring they follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing kitchen inventory and ensuring timely procurement of supplies.
• Developing and implementing food preparation and cooking procedures.
• Ensuring food quality and safety by following HACCP and other relevant standards.
• Monitoring kitchen performance and implementing improvements.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Experience with HACCP and other relevant food safety management systems.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international standards.
