PT Unggul Konstruksi Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our construction projects and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the construction industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote construction projects and services.,Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing channels.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure ROI.,Create and manage marketing budgets and plans.,Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing and sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.
