📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Install, configure, and maintain WiFi and fiber optic network equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network solutions.
- Monitor network performance and security using tools like PRTG, SolarWinds, and Wireshark.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Conduct site surveys and optimize network coverage for new and existing locations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on WiFi and fiber optic technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, or similar are a plus.
- Proficient in using network management tools like Cisco Prime, MikroTik Winbox, and Huawei NetEngine.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
