Lingkungan Tono Bakery is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and that our customers are satisfied. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.,Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote our products and increase sales.,Ensure that the bakery is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
