📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging physical education lessons that align with national curriculum standards
• Coach and mentor students in various sports, including football, basketball, badminton, and athletics
• Organize and participate in inter-school sports competitions to promote teamwork and sportsmanship
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
• Maintain a clean and well-organized sports facility, ensuring safety and compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in physical education and sports science
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the overall success of the institution

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in physical education at the Junior High School level
• Certification as a physical education teacher or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of national curriculum standards for physical education
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for sports and physical activities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Commitment to the values and principles of Islamic education
