📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the company's business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
