📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from inception to completion.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Oversee the work of engineering staff and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues.,Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress, issues, and recommendations.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and project management tools.
