📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for our company's needs.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate and respond to changes in the procurement landscape.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.,Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
