📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Represent the department at meetings and events as required.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare management or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
