📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to align HR practices with business goals.,Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
