MOMENTUM Unggul is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team in achieving their goals. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.,Support the team in achieving targets and KPIs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Provide operational support during peak periods or special projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
