📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms,Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in remote work is a plus
