📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of service and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.,Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.,Collaborate with the corporate team to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Familiarity with food and beverage retail operations is a plus.
