Cosmx Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, managing compensation and benefits, fostering positive industrial relations, and overseeing our HR Information System (HRIS).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Lead and manage all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure compliance and attract and retain top talent.
• Foster positive industrial relations by addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy work environment.
• Manage and maintain our HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide HR consulting and advice to managers and employees.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and HRIS.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
