Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.,Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance services.,Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure the knowledge and skills are passed on effectively.,Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement in maintenance processes.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to protect personnel and prevent accidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.,Strong technical skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.,Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and best practices.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain company vehicles.
