Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage the manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product quality.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing facility.Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.Proven track record of leading and managing manufacturing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, Six Sigma, and other relevant certifications.Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.🛠️ Keahlian
