Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify complex technical concepts,Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
