In this role, you will oversee and lead a team of engineers and architects, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, you will collaborate with stakeholders to bring visionary designs to life. With 5+ years of experience in architectural engineering, you will have the chance to work on prestigious projects that will leave a lasting impact on Bali's landscape.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
Lead a team of engineers and architects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Conduct structural analysis and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage project timelines and budgets.
Utilize advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for design and documentation.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural engineering.
Ensure sustainable and eco-friendly practices are integrated into all projects.
Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of experience in architectural engineering, with a strong background in project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Certification in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or similar sustainability certifications is a plus.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Bali.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or MS Project.
