🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in nickel mining operations, with a proven track record of driving productivity and cost efficiency.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or a similar relevant certification.
• Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other mining-specific software.
