📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using our espresso machines and barista tools.
• Handle cash transactions and manage our POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs with a smile.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring our café is always welcoming and presentable.
• Assist in stock management, ordering supplies, and keeping our inventory up to date.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or café environment, preferably in Bali.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
