• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect and maintain guest rooms and public areas to meet international cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing housekeeping teams.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with international cleanliness standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
